Explanation Beta Value

The term (ß)-value generally defines the efficiency of filters. It qualifies the measuring unit for indicating the filtration capability of a filter.
Therefore the beta-value is important, but seen on its own it is insufficient in its significance.
Nevertheless the beta-value is quite important, as it expresses the filter efficiency in percent, as a rule 2 (50%) until 1.000 (99,9%) valid for all particle sizes (x) or determined particle sizes (e.g. ß10=particle ≥ 10 micron).

KLEENOIL filter cartridges type SDFC, HDFC-N and LDFC have a
ß3 ≥ 200 resp. ß10 ≥ 1.000 value *
