KLEENOIL ICC has been designed for the monitoring of essential parameters that may cause changes in the fluid which are relevant for the application.
- Contamination with water and/or all kinds of solid particles
- Contamination due to mixing with other oil types
- Considerable changes of the additive content/state
- Considerable changes of the viscosity and/or oil changes
In order to collect the data the KLEENOIL ICC has a capacitative sensor for measuring the oil quality in comparison to the saved calibration.Based on the changes of the oil dielectric the actual / present oil quality or contamination is shown as a complete result. Most application relevant oil values are dependent on each other and this also concerns their changes. KLEENOIL ICC with its installed measuring and analysis principle is therefore designed for the reading and monitoring of the complete condition. There is no possibility for showing single values.
